This policy explains what information Scaler Pro collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our products you agree to this policy.
Who we are
Scaler Pro provides AI-powered tools for creator-economy agencies. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Scaler Pro, the data controller for Account Information described below. “You” means the agency or operator using our services.
What we collect
Account Information
- Name, email, agency name, role, timezone
- Billing details (handled by Stripe — we don't store card numbers)
- Authentication data (hashed passwords or magic-link tokens)
- Team member email and role assignments
Operational Data
- Configuration of your panels (account counts, model lists, content categories)
- Logs of actions you or your AI agents take inside the platform
- Telemetry to detect outages and security issues
Customer Data
Any data you import into the platform — fan lists, content libraries, conversation transcripts — is your customer data. You are the data controller; we are the processor. We process it only to deliver the service you contracted for.
How we use information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the platform
- To bill, account, and communicate about the service
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues
- To comply with legal obligations
We never sell your data. We never use your customer data for our own marketing.
Sharing
We share data only with sub-processors necessary to deliver the service:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Email service (Resend or Postmark) — transactional email
- Anthropic — the underlying AI provider for Sonnet and Opus
- Hosting providers — secure infrastructure to run the platform
Each sub-processor has its own privacy commitments. A current list is in our Data Processing Addendum.
Security
- Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest
- Per-tenant data isolation; client-id scoped queries
- Role-based access control with audit logs
- SOC 2 Type II controls — audit in progress
Your rights
If you are in the EEA, UK, California, or another covered jurisdiction, you have rights to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data. Email privacy@scalerpro.app and we will respond within 30 days.
Retention
Account data is retained for the life of your subscription plus 90 days. Audit logs are retained for 12 months. You can request earlier deletion at any time, subject to our legal obligations to retain records.
Cookies
We use a small set of strictly-necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies on our authenticated product surfaces.
Changes
If we materially change this policy we will notify you by email and post the change here at least 30 days before it takes effect.
